I don't bring an off-the-shelf solution. I sit with you, map out where AI can actually change something, and choose one starting point together with you.
First we test it in day-to-day work, with one team. Only after it proves itself there do we move to the whole organization.
I stay until the solution is embedded in the organization. Because the goal is for you to draw your own line, not stay dependent on others.
Most people who build AI don't really understand how people learn, and most people who understand learning don't know how to build. I'm exactly in the middle. I scope the solution, build it, and then stay until it's embedded in the organization's day-to-day work, not just launched once and forgotten.
Everyone talks about AI. People from the field teach instructional design. A good combination of the two is rare, and that's exactly what I teach in my workshops.

Learning agents for tens of thousands of learners. I built AI agents that support employees in large organizations. I started from the knowledge base and tone of voice, moved on to defining what the agent is allowed to answer and what it isn't, and stopped only once someone in the field asked a real question and got an answer they could trust.
