I help organizations turn a professional need into a solution that works: from instructional design and digital learning to building AI agents, videos, and new ways of working. I combine experience in training with developing AI solutions, and stay with the process from scoping to actual use.
Long before everyone was talking about AI, I was already exploring and learning it on my own, until I was leading the field everywhere I went. Today I bring that same approach to every organization I work with.
Processes that set in, tools chosen once and never revisited, habits nobody remembers the reason for. That's the starting point, not the problem.
I don't bring an off-the-shelf solution. I sit with you, map out where AI can actually change something, and choose one starting point together with you.
First we test it in day-to-day work, with one team. Only after it proves itself there do we move to the whole organization.
I stay until the solution is embedded in the organization. Because the goal is for you to draw your own line, not stay dependent on others.
Combining instructional design with AI lets me tailor both the technical solution and the way people learn to use it.

I develop training and AI solutions, with a master's degree in Learning Technologies and a bachelor's degree in Special Education. My experience combines education, organizational learning, project management, and building digital solutions.
I made the move from teaching to instructional design myself, and taught myself AI. At the Israel Police I worked in instructional design and project management, and led the AI field in the Training Division: training for tens of thousands of learners built from AI videos, new formats like a podcast, and a learning agent that guides each learner according to what they actually need.
That's the change I bring to organizations: learning that fits people, in formats they actually use, instead of one generic training for everyone.
Today I support organizations and teams in scoping the need, developing the solution, and implementing it, and I give talks and workshops that connect the tools to real work.
