First we test it in day-to-day work, with one team. Only after it proves itself there do we move to the whole organization.
I stay until the solution is embedded in the organization. Because the goal is for you to draw your own line, not stay dependent on others.
Most people who build AI don't really understand how people learn, and most people who understand learning don't know how to build. I'm exactly in the middle.
